TOP & BOTTOM HOT AIR RE-CIRCULATION FLOW CONVECTION
Independent Top & Bottom temperature and air frequency speed adjustment to meet varieties of lead-free process requirements.
Improved heating tunnel which provides efficient heating zones and enhances total effectiveness. Heat is evenly and effectively distributed to improve heating uniformity.
Oven design effectively reduces the temperature difference between different sized components to ensure the solder joint reliability and at the same time eliminates the hidden danger of component failure due to over-heat.
Hot air flow onto the PCB. Front & back air circulation in each zone maintains the heating requirements.
There is micro air flow between zones. This type of design will prevent oven instability, and can/will react to heat compensation.
POWER SAVING FEATURES
Includes high-density glass fiber to insulate the heat greatly.
Multi-layers insulation from chamber to covers help to reduce heat loss.
Double sealing structure between top & bottom chambers prevents any heat loss.
LONGER EFFECTIVE HEATING ZONES
Longer single heating zones to 343mm.
8mm thickness aluminum nozzle plates with copper coating can save & radiate heat to make the temperature more uniform.
SOFTWARE
Simple to use GUI based in Win10
Energy saving program: Economic mode & Heating Zone on/off selection.
When selected Economic Mode, the operator can set a lower temperature to let the oven enter into stand-by status if the production stops for 2 hours or more (for example: lunch time). The oven will stop heating to save power. The relative time is programmable and can be changed.
